Music to spark a better life for older adults and preschoolers


Here’s an article I will include in my May 25th presentation: Jog To The Beat: Music Increases Exercise Endurance By 15%.  Not only did endurance increase, but exercisers felt more positive about their workout. It provides a greater rationale for exercising with music. So, keep making those playlists.  You are invited to share yours, too.
